The Ortho2 corporate office is closed on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day (January 1)
  • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (first Monday in September)
  • Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
  • Christmas Day (December 25)

If a holiday falls on a Saturday, we observe the holiday the prior Friday. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, we observe the holiday on the following Monday.

The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are optional holidays: We offer limited support on those days.

Support Meetings

The Software Support Team meets weekly on Tuesdays at 10:00 A.M.

The New Customer Care Team meets weekly on Thursdays at 3:00 P.M.

The Network Engineering Team meets weekly on Thursdays at 1:30 P.M.

Support Team meetings last approximately an hour. If support issues arise during those times, please leave us a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible following the meeting.
