Support Meetings
The Software Support Team meets biweekly on Thursdays at 10:00 A.M.
The Implementation Team meets weekly on Thursdays at 3:00 P.M.
The Network Engineering Team meets weekly on Thursdays at 1:30 P.M.
Support Team meetings last approximately an hour. If support issues arise during those times, please leave us a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible following the meeting.
Holidays
The Ortho2 corporate office is closed on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day (January 1)
- Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
- Friday After Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day (December 25)
If a holiday falls on a Saturday, we observe the holiday the prior Friday. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, we observe the holiday on the following Monday.
Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are optional holidays: We offer limited support on those days.
