Setting up Cycles for Past Due Hygiene and Mid-Treatment Progress Reports and the Tools That Make it Effortless!

One of the easiest marketing tools you can use with a referring general office is to monitor your mutual patients and ensure the patients are scheduled with the general dentist and hygienist for their routine dental care throughout orthodontics. You will find that you are one of the few orthodontists that take the time to make sure this happens. Natalie Beaton will walk you through the setup of this important tool.

Mid-Treatment progress reports can address a lot of areas of concern before they become a bigger problem. Treatment delay, whether due to biological/growth issues or patient compliance, can be addressed in a progress letter and a new estimated treatment date can be shared so there are no surprises at the end of treatment. Natalie will discuss the way findings can be customized to allow the clinical assistant to quickly click off the appropriate responses and merge a letter to the patient/parent and general dentist in just a few minutes.
